These Terms of Use govern your access to avasfinance.com and the Ava Finance loan connection service. By using the site or submitting a request, you accept these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to submit a request.
The Service
Ava Finance operates a loan request connection service: we transmit the information you submit to independent lenders in our network who may extend offers for personal loans between $500 and $5,000. We are not a lender. We do not make credit decisions, set terms, guarantee offers, fund loans, or service repayment. Any loan agreement is solely between you and the lender that extends it, and that lender's terms govern the loan.
No Guarantee; Estimates Only
Submitting a request does not guarantee that any lender will extend an offer, nor that any offer will match figures shown on this site. All APRs, payments, timelines, ratings, and examples on avasfinance.com are representative estimates or aggregated customer feedback provided for education; only a lender's written agreement states your actual terms. Availability varies by state and lender.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current information in any request; to review any loan agreement before signing; and to direct questions about an active loan to the lender that holds it. You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, to submit requests on another person's behalf without authorization, to scrape or republish site content at scale, or to interfere with the site's operation or security.

Changes; Governing Law
We may update these terms as the service or the law changes; the current version is always at this URL, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
